親筆 App 隱私權政策

1. 個人資料之類別
當您使用「親筆 App」（下稱「本App」）時，本團隊會蒐集下列類別的個人資料：網路IP、手機所屬電信商代碼等，如果您有付費使用到Google Play Store或App Store的應用程式內付費功能，則依照市集平台的系統內建功能，在付費的交易紀錄裡，收集姓名、email、以及郵遞區號資訊。

2. 資料的收集與應用
「本App有收集下述資料：

(1) Android舊版本是以Paypal購買註冊碼的方式，所以會得到購買者的Paypal郵件帳號、以及IMEI碼。用來計算註冊碼之外，不會有其他用途。

(2) 當您透過網站或者是App回報意見或問題時，寄信所使用之email。此蒐集目的作為處理問題後，回覆您之用途，不會販賣給第三方使用。

(3) Google Play 付費，或者App Store 的付費版本，兩平台的市集，會紀錄您的email 、姓名，以及郵遞區號，這些都屬於系統的紀錄，我們不會拿來對外界公開。

3. 第三方函式庫整合
(1) 本App有採用Google官方的Firebase Crash Report來搜集Crash的狀況，目的是為了改善優化產品，提供更適合用戶偏好喜歡的內容。
(2) 本App整合行動廣告服務，會使用到第三方廣告系統的函式庫，目前使用 Admob。
(3) 本App為方便使用者資料儲存與保護，整合Dropbox。

4. 同意個人資料之蒐集、處理、利用或國際傳輸：
您了解並同意本團隊依本「隱私權政策」及相關法規，蒐集、處理或利用您所提供的個人資料。

5. 個人資料之安全
本團隊將依相關法律規定，採取適當的技術性和組織性等安全措施，保護您所提供的個人資料，並限於因業務需要必須接觸您個人資料的員工，始有權限接觸到您的個人資料。本團隊已採取符合法規要求的實體、電子和程序防護措施，以保護您個人資料的安全。但請注意，儘管本團隊會盡力保護您的個人資料，仍無法保證您的個人資料百分之百不會遭受第三人之非法攔截、傳送或盜駭。

設計初衷及概念

設計親筆時，最主要是要"快速+流暢" 完成下列動作：
  1. 從口袋拿出手機
  2. 做筆記
  3. 關上螢幕後收入口袋 (自動儲存)

就像西部牛仔對決一樣，快速俐落!

簡化操作，較類似傳統 txt檔，依照畫面寬度自動排版。使用者只要專心輸入內容，並在不同語言設定下，做了一些調整。「中日韓」語系，兩個"單位"的間距會很小，「英歐文…」語系會間距加大，可以避免浪費按空白鍵的時間。

想保護使用者的資料，加入了Dropbox同步。至於延伸出的「想在電腦上觀看筆記」的需求。目前仍在研究開放的檔案格式，並要防止使用者誤改，導致親筆App無法開啟的狀況。

另外親筆不允許在畫面上任意作畫，是因畫面大小的改變，會讓線條與文字內容對不上，或無法顯示。
與一些使用者討論後，主要分為２個需求，畫重點及插入圖片。這兩個需求，我會試著用其他方式滿足。

沒有兩全其美的事，功能越多代表著越複雜。新增一個功能，會有人因此愛用，也會有人因此離開。

我希望能在不改初衷之下，滿足大多數人的需求。

手寫模式輸入建議
關於手寫模式，建議使用者寫完一個"字"後，就按[O]將字送出，最好不要用[>]延伸，寫成句子後才送出。除了無法斷行外，這樣在刪除時，會把整個單位(句子)都刪除。我畫了一個圖，希望能傳達我的想法。

親筆 常見操作問題

一、筆色只有三種，太少了。
答：在手寫模式，點擊目前所選擇的顏色，就可以顯示多種顏色供選擇。


二、如何新增筆記本？
答：在筆記列表畫面，按下[Menu] 鍵 (在4.0的機器=>最下方有三個點的黑色區塊)。就會出現下圖的畫面。


三、如何備份檔案？
答：１) 備份 SDCard 上的 GenialWriting2 目錄
　　2) 設定 Dropbox 同步。功能在上圖，那個藍色盒子，如果沒有帳號，請先到 www.dropbox.com 申請。

四、如何復原檔案？
答：１) 將備份的 GenialWriting2 目錄，Copy到SDCard上。如果不知道儲存路徑，可以先執行「親筆2」1次，會產生工作路徑。再用檔案總管類的app，去找到該路徑，並把備份的檔案copy進去。
　　2) 如之前有設定 Dropbox 同步，只要安裝親筆後再次啟動Dropbox功能，就會自行從Dropbox上抓取檔案。

五、Dropbox 何時同步？
答：啟動/關閉 App時，同步時會先檢查網路連線是否允許，再開始同步。


六、如何匯入 「親筆1」 舊版資料？
答：親筆2 執行時，會檢查 SD卡上是否有 GenialWriting 的目錄。如果存在，就會把裡面的檔案及目錄，轉檔並存到 GenialWriting2 之下。為避免有轉換失敗的狀況，所以不會幫使用者刪除舊檔，請自行刪除。另外，因親筆1可以存在手機端，但是親筆2無法抓取手機端的檔案。請先行在親筆1，移動檔案到SD卡端後，再開始轉檔。
